This tender and loving story is about a brother and sister whose life is
still sweet in spite of economic hardship. As the brother loses his sister
shoes, the two of them come up with a creative solution to replace them.

When a young boy loses his sister's only pair of shoes, they hatch a plan to
share his shoes and keep his negligence a secret from their parents. This is
the first Iranian film ever to be nominated for an Academy Award for Best
Foreign Language Film.
