Entertainment: Nejad music academy will be performing through out the day.

The richness of Persian culture presents itself in this unique collection of works by Iranian graphic designers exposing the treasures of an evolving visual heritage.
One of the qualities that makes current Iranian graphic design unique is its rich cultural history as demonstrated and displayed in the forms of calligraphy and typography. The three exhibitions at York University encompass 50 years of Iranian visual culture, showcasing over 150 pieces, ranging from iconic works of the first generation of Iranian designers to works by young emerging talents.

Avec plus de 70 artistes sur scène, Parfums d'Arménie promet deux heures de spectacle pleines de force et d'émotions composé de chorégraphies largement inspirées des thèmes puisés dans les traditions, légendes et Histoire arméniennes. Son originalité réside dans une approche scénique d’inspiration parfois contemporaine, délivrée des modèles classiques préexistants, pour s’ouvrir à des choix artistiques novateurs intégrant tradition et modernité. La danse arménienne est ici réappropriée, réinventée, perpétuant ainsi l’héritage d’un art toujours vivant.
