Join Meir and the staff at the School for 3 days of self-nurturing. Learn how to let go of years of accumulated layers of tension in your body and eyes, and to gain the knowledge and skills that will help you turn your health problems around and prevent degenerative condition as you age. This weekend could change your life! Many attendees have transformed their life completely. Some participants repeatedly return for new and deeper insights and for the pleasure of experiencing the process. Developing healthy movement, ocular and postural habits create health and it is fun and empowering in a group setting.
