Get a glimpse of the complexity of Iranian culture as you travel through traditional streets as well as modern residential Tehran with a boy and his little sister as they search for a lost pair of shoes. 87 minutes. With English subtitles. This film is shown as part of the citywide celebration of Silk Road Chicago and in conjunction with the special exhibit Daily Life: The Medieval Persian City of Rayy Following the film, docents will be available in the galleries to answer your questions.
