ZAMAN 8 is the musical partnership between Sanaz Ebriani and rSphere. Suryaghati (which means sundial in Sanskrit), is their debut album on Six Degrees Records, featuring a collaboration with renowned Iranian-American world-jazz saxophonist Hafez Modir.
An ever cosmic merging of sounds at the crossroads of Afro-Persia, jazz, hip hop, and dub-electronica, Suryaghati is a call to the ancient intergalactic symmetries of India, Iran and African diaspora.
