Funny in Farsi tells the story of Dumas and her family's move from Abadan, Iran, to Whittier, California, in the 1970s. A graduate of UC Berkeley and daughter of a
Fulbright Scholar, Dumas will share the events that inspired her memoirs and the creation of her one-woman show. Her stories are guaranteed to leave you "laughing without an accent" while reminding us of our shared humanity.
