    -------------------------------------------------

The 14th of August was a turning point of all sorts. It marked the first time an
Iranian event was accompanied by a ten-piece-and,choreographed dancers and special
guests. It was the first time an Iranian event of this caliber was videotaped by six
different camera operators in Northern California. It was also the first time Maryam
and Amir-Reza took the stage together for a full two-hour show, giving the audience
the best possible show that they could give.

Several surprises were on store for the audience on the night of the 14th. Bass
player, Dennis Murphy, left his instrument on the side and joined Maryam for a
wonderful rendition of "All The Way," while Bijan Mortazavi, renowned violinist
and vocalist in the Iranian community, joined Maryam onstage to sing their hit
    "Faryad (Scream)."

But despite all of this, it was Maryam and Amir-Reza who walked out then stars of
the show that night, with Maryam singing her hit "Nazokdel" one last time before
the shows end. Maryam's "New Beginning" truly started with a bang. With talks of
another concert in the bay area before year's end.

Maryam and Amir-Reza are coming back to Santa Clara Convention Center again on
December,19,2004 to perform songs from her first album in ten years led by her son
    Amir Reza.

Maryam's concert,”new beginning" will be the only concert of its class by an
Iranian performer based in northern California. Please visit us at :www.rumirecords.com for more information.
