Join us for an informative program with the Honorable Judge James P. Gray as a keynote speaker. His topic is "Patriot Act Must go" Judge Gray is a well known Superior Court Judge in Orange County. He was first appointed by Governor Deukmejian to the Santa Ana Municipal Court in 1983, and later elevated to the Superior Court in July of 1989. He was named "Judge of the Year" by the Orange County Bar Association in 1992, and the 1995 "Judge of the Year" by the Orange County Constitutional Rights Foundation. He received an Honorary Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Western State University College of Law.
