Description: Wanda Warkentin, Professional Musician and Advanced Student Practitioner of the Self-Healing method, targets the repetitive strain of musicians, computer operators, and anyone who maintains a "holding pattern" for long periods of time every day. She will share with you the exercises and body mechanics that have worked for her in the trenches to regain function and breath life into misused muscles.
