Join Us For Coffee & Knitting for Charity
Dear Friends & Members,
This is the season of giving and Bay Area Persian Social Club and Recreation ™ has planned the perfect event for you on Saturday, December 1, 2007 at 10:30 am at Mission Coffee Fremont, CA join us for coffee and our -first knitting/crocheting event to make hats for women and men with cancer who are undergoing chemo. Everyone is welcome (women & men) from never knitted before to expert. We will continue to meet on an as needed basis Saturdays for ideas, patterns, help, touch base, and collect donations. We have selected a few easy patterns to use for our group (please email us for a copy) that are the appropriate style for the project. Once we have a critical mass we will drop th e hats off for distribution. (See Below for more information). Hope to see everyone there and make sure you email us at bayareapersiansocialclub@gmail.com to rsvp, so we know how many people are showing up.
What to bring with you:
* As always your bright shining smile.
* Knitting Needle (that is the two stick) or Crochet (single Stick)
