Persian Sufi Music by Lian Ensemble
This concert celebrates the leap of faith at the perpetual condition of the human heart in its quest for union with the Divine.Hearts and therefore with all humanity. The foundation of Persian Classical Music in Sufism,an ancient spiritual path to God through the practice of Love.The humanitarian view of Sufism finds powerful expression through the music of Lion Ensemble,and through persian mystical poets such as Rumi and Attar.Lian Ensemble welcomes the listeners to communicate of the unity of Love,which bonds us all to God and to each other,transcending all religious, cultural and national boundaries.
All proceeds from this benefit concert will be added to CIF's post secondaey scholarship funds.
