AIDS and Hope
Dr. Kamiar Alaei will discuss the basic essentials that everyone needs to know about AIDS. He will also share with us his remarkable work that he and his brother, Arash, have done in Iran and Middle East to fight against AIDS.
Dr. Alaie is the co-author of Iran's National and International Strategic Plans for the Control of HIV/IDU/TB. He was a key player in putting Iran's proposal to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS/TB/Malaria, which was awarded 16 million dollars.
Dr. Mohammad Ali Oveissi will teach us how to behave and
support cases that are infected or affected with AIDS.
Dr. Oveissi is a licensed clinical psychologist, a licensed marriage, family, and child therapist, a board certified hypnotherapist, and a certified EMDR therapist.
