The deliciously exotic culture of Persia is a subject of the recently released "From Persia to Napa: Wine at the Persian Table (Mage), which celebrates Persian culture and contains recipes, food and wine pairings, poetry, tidbits of history and a close-up look at Napa's Darioush winery. Join authors- Najmieh Batmanglij, Dick Davies and Copia Associate Director of Wine Burke Owens - and vintner/winery owner Darioush Khaledi for a delightful afternoon of delicious discussion, food and winetasting, featuring Darioush Shiraz and Viognier.
Menu: Shirazi Cucumber and Tomato Salad, Pistachio Soup and Chickpea Cookies.
