I am please to announce Iran Runners & Walkers' after tax day event!!!.

What are you doing this year after tax day? Are you looking to reduce your stress, connect with people and just have fun? We have come up with an affordable outing that suits singles, couples, old and young alike for the Persian community to network, make friends and be in good company.

Iran Runners & Walkers club has planned a get away to the spectacular William Randolph Hearst Memorial State Beach and Hearst Castle (http://www.hearstcastle.org/) on Saturday, April 16, 2005. We take you on a posh chartered bus and drive you through a most scenic route while listening to Persian music and enjoying refreshments.

Once in San Simeon we will visit the beautiful William Randolph Hearst Memorial State Beach where we will enjoy a delicious Kabob koobideh, and joojeh fixings by our famous chef Mr. Bakhtiari while looking over the beautiful California coastline. Afterward those who wish can join us for a tour of the renowned Hearst Castle.

The bus will leave Bijan Cafe & Bakery (441 Saratoga Avenue San Jose, CA 95129) at 6:30 a.m sharp and will return by approximately 9:00 p.m. Please RSVP for this event at iran_runners@yahoo.com, and mail a check payable to Mary Mehr to P.O. Box 20077 Stanford, CA. 94305 by no later than Friday, April 1, 2005.

Prices:

Adult & Children under 3: Transportation and Lunch $ 50.00 (Hearst Castle not included).

Adult: Transportation, Lunch and Tour of Hearst Castle $ 70.00 (Please let me know if wheel chair is needed for the elderly).

Children Age 6-17: Transportation, Lunch and Tour of Hearst Castle $ 60.00

Please be advised that seating on the bus is limited to forty-four people only and we will accept only non-refundable paid reservations on a first come basis. (If you/your friends do not show-up on the day of the tripe please do not ask for refund everything is paid ahead of time).
