Location: Kingsbury Hall - University of Utah Campus - Salt Lake City Utah

Our theme for WorlDance 2004, Pearls of Persia and Indian Incense, will treat you to traditional arts from lands once part of the ancient Persian Empire. Eastern Arts presents its annual WorlDance concert at Kingsbury Hall Thursday, November 11 at 7:30 pm.

This year’s program will feature Ms. Radha Carman, Indian dancer from California and Mr. Mohammad Nejad, Persian musician from San Francisco. The concert will also include folk dancers from Brigham Young University with dances from Afghanistan, India,Turkey,and Armenia; University of Utah Character Dance Ensemble and choreographies by this year’s Tatiana Popova dance awardees plus an appearance by the Dionysius Greek Dancers and more.

Tickets for WorlDance are available at 581-7100, 355-ARTS or arttix.
Admission is $10.00 (reserved seating) and $5.00 students/seniors.
