Two Facets of the Iranian Cinema
OIS (Organization of Iranian Scholars, SDSU), will be having an event on Saturday, Nov. 13th, from 1-5 pm.
1-2:30 Marde Aftabi. An Iranian comedy starring Akbar Abdi, Hamid Jebelli, and Fatemeh Moetamedaria. This move is not subtitled. (comedy)
3-4 Live music by Darvak
4-5 Zanane. A documentary about the traffic of women in a public bathroom, revealing shocking secrets about being a woman in Iran. (documentary) This movie is subtitled.
There will snacks and drinks provided. Seating is limited, so please arrive early.
