From I-280:
Take the Page Mill Road exit east towards Palo Alto/Stanford. Follow
Page Mill Road to the Junipero Serra/Foothill Expressway
intersection. Turn left onto Junipero Serra and follow it past
Stanford Avenue and Campus Drive East (do not take these roads) to
Campus Drive West (the third traffic light), where you turn right.
Now you're on campus, so watch the 25 mph speed limit. At the first
stop sign, turn right onto Santa Teresa Street. After you pass three
dorm buildings on your right, you can turn right into a parking lot.
The entrance is not obvious; if you see Roble gym on your left, you
have gone too far. Park in the parking lot and walk away from Santa
Teresa Street towards Lake Lagunita. The Elliott Program Center is
directly at the lake, and the dance floor is on the second floor,
overlooking the lake.
From 101:
Exit at Embarcadero Road West/Stanford University. Follow Embarcadero
Road through Palo Alto (watch the speed limit; it's 25 mph). Finally
you will cross El Camino Real and enter Stanford campus. Stay in the
left lane when the road splits in two. At the first stop sign on
Campus Drive, turn right. Follow Campus Drive on its merry way around
campus; you will pass Palm Drive, the new Gates Building and the
Medical School, but don't despair! Eventually, after you seem to have
left buildings behind, Santa Teresa Street will be off to your left
at a three-way stop sign. Turn left onto Santa Teresa Street. After
you pass three dorm buildings on your right, you can turn right into
a parking lot. The entrance is not obvious; if you see Roble gym on
your left, you have gone too far. Park in the parking lot and walk
away from Santa Teresa Street towards Lake Lagunita. The Elliott
Program Center is directly at the lake, and the dance floor is on the
