Each year, the Los Angeles County Arts Commission, executive producer of the celebration, scours the region for talent for the production. Artists appearing at Holiday Celebration in 2007 include:

Lian Ensemble (Persian music ensemble) Virtuoso musicians perform on traditional instruments. "Creation" employs "mystical world music" based on Rumi's poem about a life beyond and one on earth.

New Valley Symphony Orchestra – (Armenian folk music with authentic instrumentation.)

Stefani Valadez Ensemble (Ladino/Sephardic) (Performing a Yemeni prayer for peace "Ha'Azino Tafiloti" and a symbolic "Cuando el Rey," a story about Abraham's impact on the world.)
